Sí, este módulo permite importar los nuevos productos y categorías creados en FactuSOL hacia Prestashop.

¿Este módulo permite subir mis clientes de FactuSOL hacia Prestashop?

Sí, el módulo permite crear automáticamente las cuentas de usuario de la tienda online con los datos de los clientes de FactuSOL, además permite enviar un email automático al cliente informándole de sus credenciales de acceso.

¿Este módulo permite modificar productos importados previamente desde FactuSOL hacia Prestashop?

Sí, pero únicamente se modificará el STOCK y el PRECIO de los productos. No se actualizarán nombres, descripciones o imágenes.

¿Este módulo permite descargar productos desde Prestashop hacia FactuSOL?

Sí, este módulo permite exportar los productos, categorías, stocks, precios y proveedores con algunas limitaciones explicadas en la descripción del módulo.

Yo utilizo las combinaciones de FactuSOL (tallas y colores) ¿Este módulo permite subir los productos con todas las combinaciones?

No, FactuSOL no envía a una web externa los datos de las combinaciones de tallas y colores por lo que el módulo tampoco es compatible con esta opción.

¿Si tengo productos con combinaciones, puedo usar este módulo de alguna manera?

Sí, para ello debe crear cada combinación como un producto diferente en FactuSOL con su código de artículo único para cada una de ellas. Posteriormente tendrá que importar los productos con combinaciones manualmente, o través de la herramienta de importación de PrestaShop, asegurándose de que cada producto tenga la misma referencia que su código de artículo en FactuSOL. Así podrá mantener sincronizados los stocks y precios de las combinaciones gracias a este módulo.

¿Este módulo permite descargar Clientes y Pedidos desde Prestashop hacia FactuSOL?

Sí, gracias a este módulo no tendrá que crear manualmente las fichas de sus clientes de la tienda online ni los pedidos sino que podrá descargarlos de manera automática.

¿El proceso de descarga de Clientes y Pedidos puede ser totalmente automático?

FactuSOL permite descargar los clientes y pedidos a través de dos botones incluidos en la pestaña de Internet. Pero también le permite configurar un intervalo de tiempo para que esta descarga se lleve a cabo de manera totalmente automáticamente.

¿Los pedidos descargados incluyen los descuentos?

Sí, este módulo exporta los descuentos en los campos correspondientes de FactuSOL.

¿Los pedidos descargados incluyen los recargos de equivalencia en caso necesario?

Sí, este módulo exporta los recargos de equivalencia siempre y cuando se utilice el módulo de Alabazweb

¿Este módulo permite importar varias tarifas de precios de FactuSOL a Prestashop?

Sí, este módulo es compatible con múltiples tarifas.

¿Este módulo permite importar las facturas PDF generadas desde FactuSOL?

Sí, además permite al cliente descargar la factura desde su historial de pedidos así como enviar de forma automática un email al cliente con la factura PDF adjunta.

¿Los pedidos descargados incluyen los recargos en la forma de pago?

Sí, este módulo detecta los recargos añadidos a los pedidos en función del módulo de pago que contemple esta opción (como por ejemplo PayPal AW o MegaContrareembolso).

¿Este módulo permite subir Pedidos desde FactuSOL hacia Prestashop?

No, esta funcionalidad no está disponible.

Mi servidor es compartido y está limitado en tiempo de ejecución. ¿Puedo utilizar este módulo en mi servidor?

Sí, este módulo ejecuta el proceso de sincronización a través de procesos AJAX para evitar errores por limitaciones del servidor.

Tengo un gran número de artículos a mantener sincronizados (más de 5000). ¿Tendré problemas al actualizar?

Probablemente no, este módulo ejecuta el proceso de sincronización a través de procesos AJAX para evitar errores por limitaciones del servidor, eso sí, a mayor número de productos a actualizar mayor será el tiempo de ejecución que necesitará el módulo para finalizar todo el proceso en cada ejecución.

¿Este módulo se actualiza ante futuras versiones de FactuSOL y/o Prestashop?

Sí, en ModuleShop siempre mantemos nuestros módulos actualizados a las últimas versiones de ambas plataformas. Además, también realizamos mejoras e incluimos nuevas funcionalidades. Recuerde que para poder mantener actualizado su módulo debe escoger la opción con soporte de actualizaciones.
